Ordering & Pricing
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes — our standard MOQ for wholesale orders is 500 pieces. If you need a quantity below our MOQ, please still feel free to contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you.
Do you offer discounts or tier pricing for large bulk orders?
Yes. Pricing improves as your volume grows. Take a look at our wholesale pricing, or contact us for a quote tailored to your order.

What printing methods work best on your hoodies and T-shirts?
Our hoodies and T-shirts use 100% combed cotton on the face side, which is ideal for all kinds of garment print:
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
Yes. Our garments are pre-shrunk and manufactured with a low shrinkage rate, so you won’t need to worry about significant size changes after washing.
Are there any visible external logos or branding on the blanks?
No. Our blanks are completely free of visible external logos or branding, making them ideal canvases for your own custom designs.

Manufacturing & Shipping
Where are your garments manufactured?
Our garments are 100% manufactured in Bangladesh. We produce our own fabric in our own fabric mill and partner with industry-standard garment factories for manufacturing. Learn more about us.
Where do you ship from, and which European countries do you cover?
Our garments ship from our warehouse in Poland, with production based in Bangladesh. We cover Poland and the rest of Europe. See our shipping & returns details for more.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return items if I have already printed or customized them?
No. We are unable to accept returns on garments that have been printed, decorated, or altered. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full details.
