Greige Warehouse
The greige fabric (undyed raw state) is sent to the dedicated warehouse for inspection and storage before processing.
Dyeing Process
Dyeing Process
The greige fabric is transferred to the dyeing floor, where it receives the vibrant colors we are all familiar with.
Fabric Printing
Solid color can be dull sometimes, so we excel in printing. This is where the fabric receives creative designs to enrich our sensation.
We print on 100% polyester, 100% cotton, and blends.
The Finishing Process
Stentering
After the fabric is dyed or printed, it is sent to the stenter machine to be dried and set.
Fabric Finishing
Once heat setting is completed, the fabric goes through raising, combing, shearing, and anti-pilling.
The Final Heat-Set
After the finishing process, the fabric is heat-set one last time. This allows the fabric's dimension and weight to be fixed.

Once the fabric has been thoroughly inspected and passes quality control, it is transferred to the finished warehouse waiting for delivery.

Our management and production team oversee the entire production stage: from yarn sourcing to finishing. By controlling this rigorously, we ensure the quality standards are maintained at all times.
Garments Production
Precision Cutting & Sewing
Finished fabric is delivered to our partner garment factories, where every fabric roll is again reinspected. Patterns and markers are developed using AutoCAD.
The cut pieces are then sewn together into full garments by skilled operators under strict quality standards.

Final Inspection
An independent third party inspection company conducts a 100% inspection. Only fully approved garments are packed, sealed with third-party inspection stickers, and stored in the finished goods warehouse.
