  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website https://olasportswear.com. The user must use the website without causing disruptions, and follow the basic rules of respect and decency. Sending illegal content to our email or social media private messages are not allowed. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Quotation & Inquiry

 

  • Upon receiving an inquiry or request for quotation, we will send the information to the email provided by the customer.

  • We respond based on the order of inquiries received. Please be patient, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for checking their inboxes. We shall not be held liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address or bounced-back emails.

 

 

4. Order Confirmation

 

  • Once the buyer accepts our quoted price, a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued, incorporating the terms and conditions agreed upon by both parties.

  • Upon receipt of the signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or written confirmation of its acceptance via email, all prices, terms, and conditions shall be final, locked and non-negotiable.

 

 

5. Pricing and Payment

 

  • All prices listed on the website are in PLN, EUR, and USD.

  • We accept payments via Wire Transfer (T/T) and Bank Check.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the case of incorrect pricing or payment issues.

 

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

 

  • We ship to all countries in Europe. Delivery time will vary depending on the distance from our warehouse in Poland.

  • Please note that custom inspection delay may affect delivery times if products are shipped to countries not part of the European Union.

  • Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any transport damage or loss caused by the courier.

 

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

 

  • If you are a buyer from member of the European Union, you have the Right of Withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
